Leading towards a more sustainable future: Transformation hin zu nachhaltigeren Geschäftsmodellen, Future Literacy, integrierte Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und -management in allen Funktionen – von Strategie, Produktentwicklung, Supply Chain und Finance bis Manufacturing. Schwerpunkte sind strategische Projekte, Life Cycle Assessment und Klimaschutz-Simulationen mit hoher Wirkung.
Meine Projekte drehen sich um Transformationsmanagement, Klimaschutzmaßnahmen, Life Cycle Assessment (u.a. Elektronik, Automotive), nachhaltige Produktentwicklung und Carbon Credits.
